Create a segment for Cart Abandonment

Daily take out a list of customers who have added to cart within the last 7 days but have not purchased.

1. Log into the CDP 365 system. After logging in, look at the menu on the left hand side.

2. Hover your mouse over Profiles → Choose Segments

3. Click to create Segment

4. Select the Customer Segment option

5. Set up rules for segments

Rule: take out a list of customers who have added to cart within the last 7 days but have not purchased

6. Set up a daily build schedule for your Segment

7. Click Save
