Help feature

Even if you are a new bee or a frequent user, this feature will definitely walk you through CDP 365 in an easiest and most convenient way.

I. Overview

This feature locates on the right side of the horizontal header bar of CDP 365.

After clicking on the icon , the screen will show a pop-up with many options to choose:

  • New feature and announcement: You will be directed to the Release Note section of our User Guide which is a report published new or updated features with technical details.

  • Leave feedbacks: You are able to send us your feedbacks, concerns and suggestions via ticket.

  • Get help: Find quick instruction about functions on CDP 365

  • Get ideas with Chat GPT: Let Chat GPT suggest you ideas about any topics that you are working on.

After choosing an option to work on, a pop-up on the right side will appear to allow you perform the action. You could change its position by drag and drop the header area.

II. How to use this feature?

A - Leave feedbacks - Create a ticket

In the pop-up, choose the "Leave feedbacks" option:

There are two types of feedback you could send to us:

  • Report an issue: Create a ticket sending to Antsomi Success Team to detect your problems with features and functions during the process of using CDP 365.

  • Request an idea: Create a ticket sending to Antsomi Success Team about any recommendations or ideas about the software that you think we should develop or improve to serve your business purposes better.

STEP 1 - Input the neccesssary information

After choosing the type of feedback you want, you have to fill out the information of your current concern in these fields:

Select the feature in CDP 365 that related to your concern in the list

Title

Enter the title of the ticket which briefly describe your objective

Message:

Input the content of the message you want to send to us. The content should be as informative and succinct as possible so that our team could support you faster.

You could format your content by highlighting the text and then using these following features:

Format text features

  1. Basic

  • Heading hierarchy: Structure your document.

  • Font style & effects: Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough.

  • Source code: Quote the code you want to include in the pop-up

  1. Advanced

Clicking on button to display advanced text format settings include:

  • Insert image: . You can also copy and paste image to the message for a quick action.

  • Insert icon:

  • Adjust text color, highlight color:

  • Preview your content: Click icon to preliminary showing the message to be sent in the Preview pop-up .

  • Insert an URL: Click icon, insert the link and choose how will it be opened in the Insert/ Edit link pop-up

  • Alignment and Indentation: Defines the way in which text is lined up against the side edges

  • Ordered list and Unorder list: Create a list of related items in inherant or no inherant order.

  • Undo & Redo: Come back or reverse your last changes.

  • Attach file: Click on icon and upload the file you want to attach in the message

To take a picture or record your actions on the current screen, click on the button that serve your purpose

After clicking on the button, choose the tab or window you want to share with Antsomi

Then use features provided in the left side pop-up to make changes in the picture

  • Highlight an area: Hover over the icon and choose the color of the shape, then drag on the screen to draw.

  • Create a comment: Hover over the icon and choose the color of the marker, then input the content of your comment in the box.

  • Draw with pen: Hover over the icon and choose the color of the pen, then click and hold down this mouse to draw.

  • Draw an arrow: Hover over the icon and choose the color of the arrow, then drag and drop to draw.

  • Draw a solid shape: Hover over the icon and choose the color of the shape, then drag and drop to draw a shape to cover the content in the picture.

  1. Record your screen: Record a footage of your actions

Using features provided at the bottom of the screen to start the recording:

  • Drag and drop the button cho change the position of the editor pop-up

  • Click the button to start recording the screen. While recording, you could stop or pause the process by clicking these two buttons.

  • Click or to choose whether to record the sound or not.

After adding picture or video to the ticket, you could change or delete it by clicking or

STEP 2 - Save and send the ticket

After filling out all the information, click Send to send the ticket to Antsomi team.

The ticket sent will appear in the list of ticket in ticket Management app. You could use this app to track your ticket and see our responses. To locate Ticket Management, click on Verify support request button .

Whenever there is any changes in your tickets, you will receive a notification in the Notification center.

C - Get ideas with ChatGPT

Type in the questions you want to ask ChatGPT. You could only ask 10 questions per day.
