### **Data Access Control**

To maximize the security of the business data, the Data Access Control function makes sure that not everyone has the permission to see or use all information.

### Blast Campaign

A simpler version of a Customer Journey is now released - Blast Campaign. It allows users to rapidly create a Journey which does not require too many details within a few clicks. Every necessary detail is automatically chosen beforehand which saves time and effort.&#x20;

### Zalo Message Templates

You are now able to interact with your Zalo audience by using various types of templates having the combination of text, image and CTA buttons.

Each template has a set of configuration fields needed to be filled to complete the templates.<br>

### Line Message Template - Standard Imagemap

Standard Imagemap template allows users to rapidly send an image with the desired associated action (Eg: Redirect to an URL, Send a message). Also, the number of clicks could also be recorded for further analysis.

### Line Message Templates - Sending Type

Users are now able to send a maximum of five messages at a time instead of just one message like before. The message could be any type that you want to send.

### Add Shortlink - Shortlink type

Aside from distributing a dynamic shortlink for each audience, CDP 365 now has added another type which allows sending only one short link for all audiences. The number of clicks recorded for this link is also counted for report purposes.

### Data Display Format

Users are now able to adjust the data format to be displayed in marketing messages according to their demand. This especially helps users to flexibly adapt their content to any format which CDP 365 has not supported before whether it is text, number or datetime.&#x20;

### Create a new destination

The User Interface is now changed to better clarify & illustrate the list of vendors the client is collaborating with on each channel. Also, this helps unify the experience using CDP 365 when users need to get through separate steps to create a destination successfully.

### Template's Objectives

Aside from the Display Mode of a template, users are now able to distinguish their designs by the objective. Currently, there are 4 options to choose from:

* Personalized Content: Designs that having dynamic tag to send personalized message to each audience
* Gamification: Designs that bring games to allow users to play
* Lead Form: Designs that includes many fields to collect audience information
* Recommendation: Designs that recommend the appropriate product for users based on certain algorithms
