# Import Histories

The system will record every time you upload a file in the Import Histories section. After 6 months since the end date of the uploading process, the files will be deleted from the system and users could not download it. The status of these files is **Expired**. 

Hover your mouse over **Settings**. Under **Histories**, choose **Upload**.

## Import Histories Information

Import Histories shows a data table:&#x20;

* **Import ID**: ID of import
* **Object:** The name of the object whose data table is being imported
* **Import status**: Status of the import process (In Process, Done, Failed)
* **Import started on**: Import start date and time
* **Import ended on**: Import end date and time
* **Import duration (sec)**: Import processing time (in seconds)
* **Import method**: Method of updating data&#x20;
* **Import file name**: The full name of the file that you used to import the value into the Business Object
* **Record success imported**: The total number of rows imported from the file to the Business Object in the updating data type
* **Record rejected**: Total number of rows not imported from the file to Business Objects
* **Imported by**: Account who imported the data
* **Import fail info**: Information about the reason for the failed import

## Downloading an import history

CDP 365 allows you to download an import history by:

2. Select **Record type** and **File format**
3. Click **Download** and see the result
