The system will record every time you upload a file in the Import Histories section. After 6 months since the end date of the uploading process, the files will be deleted from the system and users could not download it. The status of these files is Expired.
Hover your mouse over Settings. Under Histories, choose Upload.
Import Histories shows a data table:
Import ID: ID of import
Object: The name of the object whose data table is being imported
Import status: Status of the import process (In Process, Done, Failed)
Import started on: Import start date and time
Import ended on: Import end date and time
Import duration (sec): Import processing time (in seconds)
Import method: Method of updating data
Import file name: The full name of the file that you used to import the value into the Business Object
Record success imported: The total number of rows imported from the file to the Business Object in the updating data type
Record rejected: Total number of rows not imported from the file to Business Objects
Imported by: Account who imported the data
Import fail info: Information about the reason for the failed import
CDP 365 allows you to download an import history by:
Select Record type and File format
Click Download and see the result
Hover and click on the Import ID row
