Third-party campaigns

Introduction

Third-party campaigns allow users to create campaigns on external systems directly from CDP 365. Currently, this feature is available exclusively for the SMS channel.

Advertising SMS FPT

Advertising SMS FPT is the first type of campaign we’ve launched. Specifically, you can create a new SMS campaign to send promotional messages directly to customers via their phone numbers.

Hover over the 'Advertising SMS FPT' card and click Create Campaign to launch a new third-party campaign.

This is the user interface for creating a new third-party campaign using the 'Advertising SMS FPT' type.

Field	Description
Schedule message delivery	Users schedule the time when messages are expected to be sent to customers. Note: Please schedule the message at least 3 hours in advance and ensure it falls within the allowed time frame for sending advertising messages from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Campaign name	Enter your campaign name
Send as	Select a destination you want to use for sending message. Note: The destination list includes only those that belong to the 'SMS FPT' catalog and the 'Advertising SMS' method.
Send to	Select audiences you wan to send advertising message. Note: It is recommended to target an audience of fewer than 100,000 to ensure timely message delivery.

Field	Description
Content	Enter the message (using non-accented characters) you wish to send to your customer. The system will automatically calculate the number of messages based on the total number of characters in your message. Fewer than 123 characters: 1 message 123 to 268 characters: 2 messages 269 characters or more: 3 messages
