# General Setting

This is the place to summarize the general settings of the portal

The app includes 3 tabs

* Default Settings tab manages the language, time zone, date and time, and currency format for all accounts in CDP 365
* Limitation tab gives warnings about the time to delete data if it is disabled or archived. The time is different between features.&#x20;
* Notification tab sets which accounts and which channels would receive notifications when someone interacts with a feature. &#x20;

## Default Settings

Click on Edit button to change the settings

Default settings include the following information:

* Portal name: The name of portal. Editable. By default, the portal name will be loaded from the admin of CDP 365
* Default language: The default language used in portal. Editable. Includes 3 options: English, Vietnamese, Japanese. Default select English.
* Time zone: The default time zone used in portal.&#x20;
* Date & time default format: Default display type of date and time in portal. Click on Change format to change.
* Currency & number default format: Default display type of currency and number in portal. Click on Change format to change.

## Limitation

This tab shows the constraints that constrain the system objects and are not editable&#x20;

## Notification

Notification tab sets which accounts and which channels would receive notifications when someone interacts with a feature.  Click on Edit to change setting.

* Click on + Add button to add notification recipients
* Click on Send mail or Push notification check box to choose how to send notifications
