# Label

## Label introduction

Select Journeys need to be label, then click on Label.

A Popup will display for labeling.

* Search bar: Search keyword of the label for quick finding
* Personal label: These labels can only be used by user who created.
* System label: These labels are public and can be used by every user.
* New Label: Click to create a new label
* Apple: Click apply to save the change.

Note: Labels can be put into other label, which create level of label. There are maximum 3 level of a label as show in below image:

### **Create a new label**

Click <img src="/files/TpWS0YUwaS5ZftecaMFM" alt="" data-size="line"> to create a new label.

A pop up will be shown as below:

#### Label name

Input the name of the label

#### Color

Select the color of the label.

Click on the color <img src="/files/c5Hd6gvDNsqplH7cwIPI" alt="" data-size="line">to change the color of the label. A popup will be shown as below:

* Click a color for the label

#### Label type

* Personal: create a label only for you to use
* System: create a label that all users can be used.

#### Nest label under

* If this option is selected, this label will be create as a child of selected label. When clicking on the dropdown ![](/files/pjRNpMruNBlvYOpy89OL), a popup will display all existing label of selected label type as below image:

On this interface, select a desired label that will contain the label being created

* If this option is not selected, the label created will not being contained by other label.

#### Create/cancel

* Click **Create** to create a new label.
* Click **Cancel** to close this popup.

* Click **Edit**, then a popup will show up to edit this label.

* Click **Remove** to delete this label.

#### Expand/Collapse a label

Hover on a label, then click <img src="/files/UXxfv2t9Ls8zO7GdfOG7" alt="" data-size="line">to display label that selected label is containing

### View label of the journey

When a Journey is labeled, it will be shown in Journey data table as below:
