You can edit by selecting the text (Font Family, Font Size, Bold, Iatic, Underline, etc.)
There are 2 dynamic options:
Insert Link and Smart Tags, you can select the text and insert Link or Smart Tags
Add Personalization: Click on Smart Tags, it provides 5 types of Personalization: Visitor Attribute, Customer Attribute, Event Attribute, Promotion Code, Product
Visitor/Customer Attribute
Personalization Attribute: Attribute of Visitor/Customer
Display Format: It depends on the data type of attributes, you can also adjust the date display format
Event Attribute
In any source of: Select the event source
Select event: Select the event corresponding with the source
Select event attribute: Attribute of the event

Promotion Code
Promotion pools: The pool contains promotion codes
Promotion code attribute: The attribute of the promotion code
Product
Personalization attribute: The attribute of the Product
Index: The number of the row in the Product attribute data
When you insert the link, it can be static or dynamic
Condition: It includes None, Show when, Hidden when
Field: It contains Business Object attributes
Index: The number of the row in the Business Objects Data table
Operator: It includes contains, does not contain, starts with, doesn't start with, ends with, doesn't end with, etc.
Value: you can input the value or select an attribute from Business Object or Event
When you insert a dynamic link or smart tag, you can also add or remove or highlight Dynamic Content
Dynamic Content type includes Visitor Attribute, Customer Attribute, Promotion code, Event Attribute
Visitor Attribute and Customer Attribute allows using the attributes of Visitor or Customer Business Object to make dynamic content
Promotion code uses the attributes of a promotion pool to make dynamic content. For example, if demanding to show the promotion code a customer spin won.
Event attribute uses the event attributes of an event to make dynamic content. For example, if demanding to show the number of items a customer purchased.
If Personalization type was selected Visitor Attribute or Customer Attribute
Personalization attribute is the attribute of the Visitor or Customer Business Object
Display Format is the value format of the attribute
If Personalization type was selected Promotion code
Promotion pool is the promotion pool created in Promotion Center
Promotion code attribute is the attribute which contains promotion code value sent in the template
Display Format is the value format of the promotion code attribute
If Personalization type was selected Event Attribute
Select event is the event that is required an audience to satisfy to show the dynamic content
In any source of is the source in which the event happens
Select event attribute is the event attribute of the selected event that contains values making dynamic content
Index (this setting is of the event attribute selected) is the position of the values want to show
Display Format is the value format of the event attribute
Turning on the status to highlight Dynamic Content
The number of lines displayed in the Preview or Delivery mode.
Apply background color of Text block.
It allows adding border, the style, width, and color of an element's border.
This setting allows make the border of the text rounded.
If applying dynamic content, without Height, the height of text blocks could be out of place. With this feature, users could set the certain height for text blocks and the texts are neat.
Inner Spacing (Padding): Padding is inside the border (or edge) of your element. Increasing the padding will “push” your content into the middle of your box, away from your borders. If you remove the padding, your content will take up the entire box
Outer Spacing (Margin): Margin is on the outside of the border of your element. If you increase the margin, it will increase the space between this element and the ones next to it. If you remove your margin, there will be no extra space between your elements
The z-index property specifies the stack order of an element
An element with greater stack order is always in front of an element with a lower stack order
The ID of a block, which is used in Custom CSS, Custom Javascript
The class of a block, which is used in Custom CSS, Custom Javascript
The specific settings in this section will vary depending on device type designing
Desktop mode:
Hide on Desktop: Hide the Column block when recipient reads the email template on Desktop.
Mobile mode:
Hide on Mobile: Hide the Column block when recipient reads the email template on Mobile.
