### Event Group

Users are now able to categorize events according to Attraction or Engagement purpose. An Attraction event is the interaction businesses make to reach their customers such as “Promotion code sent”. An engagement event happens when a user performs a desired action on business touch points such as “Ads click”; this type of event will be used to mark as a contribution event for a specific conversion.

### **Conversion Event**

A conversion event is a specific user action which marketers want their campaign to convert. Depending on their purposes, CDP 365 users are able to define which Engagement event is the Conversion event and the order of contribution events - the interaction customers/ visitors make before they convert.

### Journey Goals

As the Conversion events are already defined, users are able to measure the event in the desired campaign by choosing Journey primary & secondary goal.

### **Smart Inbox**

Users are now able to arrange and customize the notification center on website and application to better engage with targeted audiences by using Antsomi Smart Inbox.&#x20;

CDP 365 provides the easiest way to connect your touch points with Antsomi and design customized views.

### **Antsomi App notification**

CDP 365 now provides an SDK to connect with the client's application and allow push notifications to app users. This is especially useful and convenient to implement marketing scenarios on mobile app touch points.
