How to Send SMS using "Telerivet SMS" in CDP 365
1. Hover your mouse over Settings and go to the Channel Integration menu
2. Click + button and select SMS
3. Select Destination catalog: Telerivet SMS
4. Fill in the necessary information for the destination

API Key | API key that you generated on "Telerivet SMS". How to get the API Key |
Project ID | Project ID corresponding to your API key. How to get the Project ID |
Phone Number | Phone number of sms recipient. |
How to get the API Key & Project ID
Login to the Telerivet SMS system
Click the Edit Settings button
3. Access the Developer API menu
4. You will see API Key and Project ID here
5. Click Save to finish creating the Telerivet SMS destination
6. Sending Telerivet SMS via Customer Journey
Log into CDP 365 system.
Hover your mouse over Marketing and go to All Channels menu.
We have 2 channels that supporting to send Telerivet SMS
SMS
Orchestration
Click + button to Create Journey, add Destination node and select Telerivet SMS destination
Choose the destination that you created.
Fill out necessary information
Click Save button to finish setting journey
After finishing the setting of the Journey, we can click activate and send this Telerivet SMS to customer.
