How to monitor campaign performance?

1. Log into the CDP 365 system
2. Hover your mouse over Marketing → Choose All Channels
3. Select Journeys/Campaigns tab
3.1 List of campaign performance metrics
No | Performance Metrics | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | Click | The number of clicks recorded every time an URL attached in the message is clicked |
2 | Viewable | The number of times the audience viewed the content in the message/ template |
3 | Viewable Rate | Percentage of audience viewing the content. Calculated by the formula Viewability Rate = Viewability/ Impressions |
4 | CTR (Clicks/ Viewable) | Click-through rate of content views. Calculated by the formula CTR = Clicks/ Viewable |
5 | Impressions | The number of times the content is displayed on the Web |
6 | Click Rate | Calculated by the formula Click Rate = Clicks/ Impressions * 100 |
