How to Send SMS using "Klasik SMS" in CDP 365

1. Hover your mouse over Settings and go to the Channel Integration menu

2. Click + button and select SMS

3. Select Destination catalog: Klasik SMS

4. Fill in the necessary information for the destination

Field	Description
API Key	API key that Klasik SMS provided you
Phone Number	Phone number of SMS recipient. You can click icon to add Personalization

5. Click Save to finish creating the Klasik SMS destination

6. Sending Klasik SMS via Customer Journey

Log into CDP 365 system, hover your mouse over Marketing on the left hand side menu and choose All Channels.

We have 2 channels that supporting to send Klasik SMS

• SMS

• Orchestration

Click + button to Create Journey, add Destination node and select Klasik SMS destination.

Fill out necessary information

Click Save button to finish setting journey

After finishing the setting of the Journey, we can activate and send this Klasik SMS to customer.
