Export feature

In order to allow customers to export the detailed information of running processes happened in a Journey or a Destination, Export feature is now enabled in the data table of:

• Journey: Action history tab, Detail tab of a Schedule ID

• Destination: Delivery log tab

This feature allows you to customize the template in JSON format which helps exchanging data on websites easier. Furthermore, you could also verify the codes and save the format as a template for future usage

There are 4 new destinations having been implemented this month to diversify the vendors that you could use in Customer Journeys. Not only allowing you to send out marketing messages, we also help you in pushing data to these vendors for further purposes.
