Upload data

Click 'Upload' button on Customer/ Visitor data table to open 'Upload' interface.

Click 'Browse' button [1] to select a file from your computer. We support three types of files: csv, xlsx, and xls, and provide data samples according to the file types at [2].

Import type

We offer four type of import types:

• Add new & Update: this option creates new audience profiles if they do not already exist in the data table, and it updates existing profiles if there have been changes to their data

• Add new only: this option exclusively creates new audience profiles that do not already exist in the data table

• Update only: this option exclusively updates existing audience profiles if there have been changes to their data

• Remove: this option deletes existing audience profiles from the data table if they match those in your file
