How to Send "Viber Yondu" using CDP 365

1. Access "MARKETING HUB" app and go to "Destinations" menu

2. Click "+" button and select "Viber"

3. Select "Destination catalog": "Viber Yondu"

4. Select "Method"

"Send Viber Non Rich Media Content": The content of the message does not contain the url

"Send Viber Rich Media Content": The content of the message contains the url

4. Fill out "Destination name" and required Info

User name

Client’s User name on Mobile 360 Platform. (Supplied by Yondu)

Password

Client’s password on Mobile 360 Platform. (Supplied by Yondu)

Receiver phone number

Phone number of the message recipient. Example for Mobile Number format: +639272400575,639272400575,09272400575 or 9272400575

Shortcode Mask

Client’s provisioned source at Mobile360 Platform. (Approved by Yondu).

Note: You can select the customer's phone number by:

Click "Add Personalization"

"Personalization type": Select "Visitor"/"Customer Attribute"

"Personalization Attribute": List of attributes of Visitor/customer that you selected at "Personalization type" -> Select the attribute containing the customer's phone number that you want to send message

Click "Insert" button to finish adding personalization

5. Save to finish creating the "Viber Yondu" destination

6. Sending "Viber Yondu" via Customer Journey

Log into CDP system, access "MARKETING HUB" app and go to "Customer Journeys" menu

We have 2 channels that supporting to send "Viber Yondu"

  • "Viber"

  • "Journey Orchestration"

Click "+" button to Create Journey, add "Destination" node and select "Viber Yondu" destination

Fill out necessary information

Image URL of Rich Media transaction. This field is only in destination has the method rich media

Redirection link for Rich Media Button. This field is only in destination has the method rich media

Click "Save change" button to finish setting journey

After finishing the setting of the Journey, we can activate and send this "Viber Yondu" to customer.
