1. Log into the CDP system, after logging in, click the menu in the left corner of the screen

2. Select the menu as follows: MARKETING HUB -> Media template

3. Click "+ Blank Template"

NOTE: You can also use the gallery template

4. Select device type and template type, then click "Create" button

5. Set up the algorithm for your template

  • Settings -> Basic -> Business Object Settings

  • Select Business Object: Products

Note: You can add additional filters if you want

  • Choose an algorithm for your template (up to three algorithms can be selected)

Algorithm
Description

Seen products

Products the user has already browsed

Carted

Products this user has already placed in the shopping cart (and which are still there)

Bought

Products this user recently bought

Recency

Products with a recent release or availability date

Same category

Same brand

Products in the same brand as the current product

Viral products

Products that have been popular as an entry point or landing page to the site over the last several hours or days.

You must select a collection(previously created in CDP):

Look-alike products

Products that have a similar context in the title description to the current product

Product bought most often

Products most often bought during the chosen time frame

Frequently bought together

Products bought together with by other users similar to the current user

Frequently cart together

Products cart together with by other users similar to the current user

Frequently seen together

Products seen together with by other users similar to the current user

Same interest

Products in the same categories as those the user has shown the most interest in

Distance

Algorithm to compare the difference in a specified range of values ​​between two fields.

Compare the value of the field in the selected BO with the value of the event by selecting the field in the BO at "by" field and selecting the event at "with" field

Retarget Search

Based on the keywords the user searched, find products based on the selected field that is relevant to the keyword searched.

  • Get the latest n keywords search (default n = 20)

Product carted most often

Products most often carted during the chosen time frame

Product viewed most often

Products most often viewed during the chosen time frame

Similarity bought

Products are usually bought with the last products the current user bought

Similarity cart

Products are usually added to cart with the last products of the current user carted

Similarity seen

Products are usually viewed with the last products of the current user viewed

  • Limit the amount of data to be retrieved for each algorithm (Max: 30)

  • Sort: Allow getting products in order or mix

    - Order: Get the product in the order of the algorithm from top to bottom. If this option is selected, the drag & drop button will be displayed to change the order of algorithms.

- Mix: Get products that do not follow the order of the algorithm order. If this option is selected, the drag & drop button will not be displayed.

  • Fallback: If the algorithm has no data, it will get the data according to the condition in fallback

6. Click "Save" button
