How to Send SMS using "Telerivet SMS" in CDP 365

1. Access the "MARKETING HUB" app and go to the "Destinations" menu

2. Click "+" button and select "SMS"

3. Select "Destination catalog": "Telerivet SMS"

4. Fill in the necessary information for the destination

Field	Description
API Key	API key that you generated on "Telerivet SMS". How to get the API Key
Project ID	Project ID corresponding to your API key. How to get the Project ID
Phone Number	Phone number of sms recipient. You can click icon to add Personalization

How to get the API Key & Project ID

1. Login to the "Telerivet SMS" system

2. Click the "Edit Settings" button

3. Access the "Developer API" menu

4. You will see API Key and Project ID at here

5. Save to finish creating the "Telerivet SMS" destination

6. Sending "Telerivet SMS" via Customer Journey

Log into CDP system, access "MARKETING HUB" app and go to "Customer Journeys" menu

We have 2 channels that supporting to send "Telerivet SMS"

• "SMS"

• "Journey Orchestration"

Click "+" button to Create Journey, add "Destination" node and select "Telerivet SMS" destination

Fill out necessary information

Click "Save change" button to finish setting journey

After finishing the setting of the Journey, we can activate and send this "Telerivet SMS" to customer.
