Use multiple pages in your reports to organize related charts, minimize the complexity of any given page, improve performance, and avoid "information overload" for your viewers.
On the left in the toolbar, click + Add a page.
To move between report pages:
Use the page navigation to jump to a specific page.
Note: in Edit mode, page navigation appears on the left as a drop-down menu. Navigation in View mode depends on the Navigation type property set for the report.
Edit the report.
Click the Page __ of __ drop-down menu.
Hover over a specific page.
Click .
Select the action you want to do:
New pages have default names of "Page 1", "Page 2", etc. Select Rename, then enter a better name.
Duplicating a page creates a copy of that page in the current report.
To copy a page from one report to another report, select all the components on the original page, then paste them into a page of the target report. This adds any data sources used in the original report to the target report. Page style or theme settings won't be copied from the original page.
Removing a page deletes it from the report.
If undo doesn't work (because you've reloaded the report or signed out and back into Data Studio, you can use version history to restore a previous version of the report that contains the deleted page.
Change the order of the pages by dragging them into a new position with your mouse.
Edit the report.
In the toolbar, click the page drop-down menu.
Hover over the page you want to move.
Use the drag bar on the left of the page name to drag the page up or down to its new position.
